app is a little clunky but overall it works fine. I uninstalled it because Taco Bueno stopped participating in third party rewards programs. Honestly, Taco Bueno is overpriced. I ate there and enjoyed it because I got airline miles. In my head I could justify the extra cost. Now I can't. But... the app works... I just don't eat there any more so I no longer needed the app.

Incredibly frustrated with Taco Bueno’s app and customer service. I placed a mobile order on May 9, only to arrive and find the location closed due to a “system down” issue. Staff told me there was nothing they could do, despite my paid app order. I contacted customer service and was passed off twice with promises of follow-up. It’s now May 21, and I’ve heard nothing. No refund, no resolution, and no accountability.

I love the food, but as far as the app is concerned, not so much. I'm in Oklahoma City but the only locations available in the app are in Texas. Come on dev team. You're dropping the ball and losing to your competition. It's time to get your app updated and show your customers that you appreciate them. ** Update 2/2/26** I can now see local locations but can't sign up or log into rewards. I receive the login email both when clicking sign up or log in but it doesn't create a rewards acct. 👎
